1122 Coffee Co. is a 17 seat neighborhood coffee shop at 25 Barbrick Avenue SW, Suite 103, a block off Union Street in downtown Concord. Sisters Karlee McBride-Webber and Minnesota Lynx guard Kayla McBride opened it in September 2026 and named it for the street number of their childhood home in Erie, Pennsylvania.

The coffee is locally roasted, the syrups are house made, and the signature drinks are a blueberry vanilla 1122 Latte, a matcha with blueberry cold foam and a brown sugar honey latte. Pastries and savory croissants come from Ladolka Deluxe Bakery in Mooresville. It is set up like a living room, with a couch, lounge seating and a few laptop tables, so it is a place to stay a while.
