Omakase by Prime Fish is chef Robin Anthony’s eight seat sushi counter on Providence Road in Cotswold. It holds Michelin recognition and a 2026 James Beard semifinalist nod, and it is the most serious Japanese dining experience in Charlotte. Seafood arrives weekly from Japan, and Anthony prepares every course directly in front of the counter. You choose between a ten course lunch at $175 or a sixteen course dinner at $350.
