Restaurant Constance

Restaurant Constance is chef Sam Diminich’s 36 seat farm to table restaurant on Thrift Road in west Charlotte. He named it for his daughter, and it sits about a mile from where he once experienced homelessness. The restaurant holds a Michelin recommendation. The menu changes constantly around seasonal North Carolina ingredients, so repeat visits are the whole point. Staff open each meal by telling the restaurant’s story, which sets the tone for the evening.
