Uptown Yolk

Uptown Yolk is the breakfast and lunch restaurant from James Beard nominated chef Greg Collier and his wife and partner Subrina Collier, on South Tryon Street in South End. The Southern inspired menu includes the Mojo Hash with coffee braised steak, a sweet potato waffle and the Yolkwich on house cornmeal brioche. The fried chicken and waffles rank among the best in the city, and the whole operation runs seven days a week.
