Hopfly Brewing
About
Hopfly started in the brewery incubator at Rocky Mount Mills and rebuilt the old Unknown Brewing space on South Mint Street in South End. The 25,000 square foot building was stripped to the studs and reopened with a much larger taproom. It holds one of the highest Untappd ratings in Charlotte, and the room now matches the quality of what it pours.
