The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art is the four story Mario Botta designed museum on South Tryon in Uptown, part of the Levine Center for the Arts alongside the Mint and the Gantt. The collection is the Bechtler family’s mid 20th century modern art, including works by artists who were personal friends of the family.
