Reedy Creek Nature Preserve is the 700 acre preserve in northeast Charlotte off Rocky River Road, paired with Reedy Creek Park. It is the best in town hike on the east side, with 10 miles of wide, well maintained trails through forest and past lakes. A nature center sits on site, and the trails connect into the park’s fields and playgrounds.
