Folia is bartender Bob Peters’ upscale cocktail bar in the RailYard on South Tryon in South End. It runs as a coffee shop in the morning and a cocktail bar late at night. Charlotteans voted it the city’s second favorite speakeasy. The room is a plant filled lounge with comfortable chairs that works for a laptop at nine and a DJ brunch at noon.
