Tacos El Regio is the small taqueria in a strip center on East W.T. Harris Boulevard near Albemarle Road Park, and the whole place is an ode to Monterrey. Pork spins on a vertical spit behind the counter, a Charlotte FC scarf hangs over a row of soccer jerseys, and the game is always on. It opens only Thursday through Sunday.
