Maíz, Agua, Sal (MAS)

Maíz, Agua, Sal, known as MAS, is the Mexican tortilleria and agave bar on Jay Street in Wesley Heights, from the owners of Craft Tasting Room and Lincoln Street Kitchen. Corn tortillas are pressed and cooked on a machine in view of the dining room, and the bar carries nearly 200 bottles, most of them agave spirits from Mexico.
