Mr. Charles Chicken & Fish is the soul food institution run by father and son Mike and Michael Rhynes. The original takeout counter sits on Statesville Avenue in Druid Hills North, with dine in locations on Cambridge Commons Drive and Dalton Avenue. It serves some of the best fried chicken in the city. Wings come out whole, lightly breaded with the house seasoning and properly crisp.
