Bisonte Pizza Co. was founded by two brothers from Buffalo, and it makes the most authentic Buffalo wings in Charlotte alongside New York and Buffalo style pizza from family recipes. The Uptown location sits on West Trade Street, with others in Matthews and at Providence Crossing in Ballantyne. The wings arrive steaming. The sauce list widens well past buffalo, and the pizza is worth ordering alongside the wings instead of treating as an afterthought.
