Artisen Gelato

Artisen Gelato is the dairy free gelato shop in downtown Matthews, co-owned by Manolo Betancur of Manolo’s Bakery. Everything is made with coconut milk, so the entire shop is vegan and gluten free. Sorbets, baked goods and coffee sit alongside the gelato. It is a place with a mission as much as a menu. The shop is small and bright, and downtown Matthews around it is worth a wander once you have finished your cup.
