Paleteria Mich Tocumbo is the Mexican ice cream and paleta shop on North Tryon Street in northeast Charlotte, in the tradition of the Tocumbo paleterias from Michoacán that spread across the country. Natural fruit ice creams, paletas, mangonadas, banana splits and snacks like mini pancakes fill the menu. Counter staff are patient with a crowd of children and with first timers working through an unfamiliar menu. Everything is made fresh.
