Carolina Scoops is the small, welcoming ice cream shop in downtown Pineville on Dover Street, near the splash pad and the greenway. Quality ice cream, chocolate dipped cones, sundaes and milkshakes fill the menu. Owner Sara has built it as a safe space for everyone in the neighborhood, and the room reflects that. The shop goes all out on holiday decorating, and parking is tight though the whole block is easily walkable.
