Terrace Cafe is the two story breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant at Piedmont Row in SouthPark. It feels urban and upscale, with balcony seating overlooking the downstairs dining room. Sweet dishes are its signature and its reputation, so order at least one for the table even if nobody admits to wanting it.
