Primefish Cellar is chef Robin Anthony’s sushi restaurant and wine and sake shop on Providence Road in Cotswold. It is the casual sibling of his eight seat Omakase counter next door. A wall of bottles sits ready to browse and buy, and the small dining room keeps a true Japanese scale. The fish comes from the same supply as the omakase. You can browse the wall of bottles and take one to the table, which almost no sushi restaurant in the city offers. Servers know both the fish and the wine list well.
