Prime Fish Sushi Charlotte

Prime Fish Sushi Charlotte is chef Robin Anthony’s original sushi restaurant in Ballantyne. It is a small room with a sushi bar where the chefs put on a show, plus a few tables and a covered patio. This is the place that built the reputation his Omakase counter and Cellar now carry. Prices stay reasonable for the quality of the fish. The room is small and fills quickly, so a group of five will end up at the bar, which is the better seat anyway. Lunch runs several days a week.
