Baku

Baku is the SouthPark Japanese restaurant on Sharon Road, with a moody, dimly lit dining room, a robata grill and a sushi bar working original roll concepts. An upstairs lounge has its own bar. It has become a fixture for out of town visitors who stop in on the way from the airport, and the service is attentive without hovering. Cocktails come from a bar that takes the food seriously, and the whole room is dark enough to feel like an evening out instead of a meal. Portions suit sharing across a table.
