Dressler’s is Jon Dressler’s flagship restaurant in Birkdale Village in Huntersville. It anchors the Charlotte restaurant group that includes Fin & Fino, Chapter 6 and Dogwood, and it has been the Lake Norman area’s special occasion steakhouse for more than two decades. Steaks are cooked to order, the wine list runs deep, and a private back room handles anniversaries and birthdays.
