Fahrenheit is the 21st floor rooftop restaurant and bar atop the Skye tower on South Caldwell Street in Uptown. A wraparound view of the skyline makes it the first rooftop most visitors get sent to, and it is the right setting for a sunset dinner on a clear evening. Chef Rocco Whalen’s menu runs steaks, seafood, truffle fries and mocktails. The bar goes late on weekends and the food holds up better than most rooftop kitchens manage. Book ahead, because walk in space is limited once the sun starts going down.
