Sea Grill Restaurant

Sea Grill is the upscale seafood restaurant in the entertainment complex at 210 East Trade Street in Uptown. It is elegant enough that diners forget the building it sits in. Staff wear sea themed uniforms, the cocktail list includes a proper Vesper, and the menu runs from oysters and ceviche through to bouillabaisse and a lobster risotto. Occasion touches arrive unprompted, even on same day reservations. The wine list and the cocktail program both go deeper than the location would suggest.
