12 Masala is the east Charlotte restaurant on East W.T. Harris Boulevard, in the same strip center as Tacos El Regio. It holds a perfect public rating. A special biryani comes with a spice warning attached, and the butter chicken with butter naan is the safer first order. An Indo-Chinese side of the menu covers chow mein and manchurian dishes properly. The dining room is clean and casual, and the family running it are happy to steer anyone who has not eaten Indo-Chinese food before. It is open seven days a week from noon.
