Warrior Golf Club is the public course on a lake in China Grove, north of Concord, with some of the fastest and best conditioned greens in the Charlotte area, a clubhouse with a full bar and kitchen, five star practice facilities and GPS on the carts.
The lake setting gives nearly every hole a view, pin placements are demanding and the back nine par 3s play long from the wrong tees. The course also hosts weddings and outings. Pace of play is the recurring complaint, so an early or late tee time is the move. Open daily.
