Dr. Charles L. Sifford Golf Course
About
The Dr. Charles L. Sifford Golf Course at Revolution Park is Charlotte’s municipal nine hole course on Remount Road, named for the Charlotte born golfer who broke the PGA Tour’s color barrier, and the best place in the city to learn the game or play a quick round after work.
Expansive practice areas, target greens for players working on shot shaping, a forgiving layout for beginners and a staff clients name individually for the culture they have built. Nine holes in under two hours is normal, the turkey sandwich at the counter gets its own reviews, and lessons are available. Open daily until evening.
