Soul Miner’s Garden

Soul Miner’s Garden is the small vegan restaurant on North Graham Street north of Uptown. It is one of the longest standing names in the city’s vegan scene, and it is unusually careful about allergies that go beyond the obvious ones, including garlic, onion and cinnamon. Everything tastes like vegetables instead of a substitute, which is the whole point. It is a small counter operation with a loyal following that visits every other week. The nachos here get ranked first in the city by people who eat a lot of them.
