Raising Cane’s opened its first Charlotte-region restaurant on John Ross Parkway in Rock Hill in February 2026. The Baton Rouge chain, founded in 1996, has one menu built around hand-battered chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and its signature sauce, served in combos through a dining room and drive-thru.
