Biscuit Belly – Elizabeth

Biscuit Belly Elizabeth is the Louisville, Kentucky, brunch chain’s first Charlotte restaurant, on East Seventh Street in the Elizabeth neighborhood. Franchisee Jordan Franks opened the restaurant in August 2024.

The menu is built on gourmet biscuit sandwiches such as the Rockwell, a buttermilk fried chicken breast with cheddar and sausage gravy, and the stacked Belly Buster, along with pancakes, biscuits and gravy and Bonuts, the chain’s biscuit dough holes with bourbon cream cheese frosting. A bar pours breakfast cocktails and coffee drinks, and the restaurant caters breakfast and lunch.
