About
Baoding is a Chinese restaurant in the Sharon Corners shopping center in SouthPark. The restaurant opened in 1993, and Jenny Kwon has run it since 2017.
The menu covers Chinese-American favorites cooked with care, including Beijing duck, General Tso’s chicken, chow foon noodles and pineapple fish. The dining room has a neon-lit bar and a loyal following that spans generations.
