LanZhou Hand-Pulled Noodles is a noodle shop on Park Center Drive in Matthews that opened in April 2025. The kitchen is open to the dining room, so guests can watch the noodles being pulled.
The signature is beef brisket noodle soup with fresh hand-pulled noodles in a choice of thin or wide cuts, along with a spicy beef version. Sesame balls filled with red bean paste are a popular finish.
