Lake Wateree State Park is a 238-acre South Carolina state park on the shore of 13,800-acre Lake Wateree, with a Winnsboro address. The campground has 100 paved sites, 23 of them on the water, according to SC State Parks.
Twenty-eight sites have full hookups with 50-amp service, and the park has a two-lane boat ramp with in-water refueling, a tackle shop and the 2.3-mile Desportes Island loop trail.
