Albertine

About

Albertine is the Mediterranean inspired fine dining restaurant from Joe and Katy Kindred, the husband and wife team behind Kindred in Davidson, Hello, Sailor on Lake Norman and the all day cafe Milkbread. It sits inside Duke Energy Plaza on South Tryon in Uptown, and it is the restaurant the Kindreds built for the big nights.

The room is elegant and cosmopolitan without tipping into stiff, and the menu is meant to be explored rather than ordered straight through. The Kindred group’s next project is a steakhouse in Mooresville, which says something about how far this restaurant family has come from a single dining room in Davidson.
