Amina is an East African and Mediterranean restaurant and bar on East Sixth Street in Uptown that opened in spring 2026. Charlotte native Chianti Peek led the opening menu, Axios Charlotte reported.

Dishes include Eritrean-style sambusa, steak and chicken tibs over rice, golden alicha cabbage and honey rosemary lamb chops with Eritrean honey.
