Bank of America Stadium is the 74,000 seat stadium on South Mint Street in Uptown, home to the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC. It sits within walking distance of the light rail, the Uptown hotels and most of the center city, which is why match day traffic reshapes the whole neighborhood. Beyond the two home teams it hosts the Duke’s Mayo Classic, the Duke’s Mayo Bowl, international soccer fixtures and stadium concerts.
