Bibim is the small, clean Korean bistro on Conlan Circle in Ballantyne, with a menu that is focused instead of sprawling. Every dish is made to order with fresh ingredients, and the dining room regularly has Korean families in it, which regulars read as a good sign. Dolsot bibimbap in a hot stone bowl, spicy sweet chicken and bulgogi beef ramen are the orders, and two appetizers and two entrées run around $56.
