Brasserie Copain
About
Brasserie Copain is a French brasserie and bakery on Stream Way in Ballantyne from chef Jim Noble’s restaurant group. The brasserie opened in January 2026 as the Copain bakery brand’s first location with full-service dining, according to the business.
Go Ballantyne reported in 2025 that the 3,100-square-foot space would seat 102, including a brasserie-style patio. Dinner covers coq au vin, moules frites, steak tartare, onion soup gratinée and steak frites, and the bakery side sells croissants made from a 72-hour dough.
