Club West Brewing

Club West Brewing is the South End brewery on Hawkins Street at The Line development, on the rail trail. It opened under this name in March 2026, taking over the two story taproom that ran as Sycamore Brewing for a decade, with new ownership and most of the original staff. A 6,000 square foot second floor patio and bar looks out at the skyline, and the ground floor opens onto one of the better indoor and outdoor dog friendly setups in the neighborhood. Brad Bergman, who spent eight years running brewery operations, bought the business and now owns it outright.

What to know

• The Club West IPA is a modified version of the old Mountain Candy recipe.
• The bar pours bourbon where the previous operation ran a coffee program.
• Food covers an elote dog, mac and cheese and chicken tenders.
• Dogs are welcome across the patio and the ground floor.
• It opens at 8 a.m. daily and runs late Thursday through Saturday.
