Cocotte Bakery is a French bakery on Bailey Road in Cornelius, owned by head baker Alexandre, a former civil engineer from Uzès in southern France, and Angela, a Parisian. Cocotte opened to the first customer in August 2024, according to the business.
Everything is made on site daily with flour imported from France and no frozen pastries. The case holds croissants and almond croissants, and the menu adds a ham-and-Gruyère baguette, quiche Lorraine and croque monsieur on brioche.
