Folia is bartender Bob Peters’ upscale cocktail bar in the RailYard on South Tryon in South End, and it runs from a coffee shop in the morning to a cocktail bar late at night. Charlotteans voted it the city’s second favorite speakeasy, and the room, a plant filled lounge with comfortable chairs, works for a laptop in the morning and a DJ brunch at midday.

Peters is one of the most decorated bartenders in Charlotte, and the cocktail list shows it, along with a strong non alcoholic program. Seasonal lattes by day, cocktails and mocktails by night, and events that fill the space on weekends.
