FreshCoat Grooming

FreshCoat Grooming is the newer salon on Thrift Road in Wesley Heights, in the same building as Azul Tacos, open seven days a week, which almost no groomer in the city offers.

It has built an early reputation on patience with anxious and difficult dogs, including an Alaskan malamute that other groomers had struggled with, and on following up after an appointment to ask how the groom went. Owners get asked what will suit a dog’s coat instead of being handed a menu. Short coated dogs come in for baths and nails alone. A small operation with a short review record so far, but a consistent one.
