Gordon’s Historic Barbershop is a barbershop on Baldwin Avenue in Cherry that opened in 1935. Michael Gordon has owned the shop since 1991, and the shop is named for his grandfather, Mancel Gordon.
Barbers cut precision fades, tapers and blends, beard work and junior cuts for young customers. The Charlotte Post profiled the shop in 2023, and Cardinal & Pine included the shop among Charlotte’s best barbershops in 2024.
