About
Kings Mountain State Park is the nearly 7,000 acre South Carolina park next to the national battlefield. It holds a living history farm, two lakes, campgrounds and a trail network that includes the 16 mile Kings Mountain Hiking Trail loop, one of the longer backcountry routes within an hour of Charlotte. It is the quieter half of the Kings Mountain pair.
