La Lima is the fast casual Peruvian sandwich shop on East Park Avenue in South End, from the owners of Yunta and Viva Chicken. The menu covers sandwiches, bowls and salads with international flavors, and nothing on it passes $20. It made the Axios 2026 top ten with no white tablecloths and no reservation line at all, which tells you plenty about the cooking.
