La Shish Kabob is a Middle Eastern restaurant on North Sharon Amity Road in east Charlotte, opened by Izzat Freitekh, who ran a restaurant in Jerusalem for more than 20 years.
The menu covers food from Jerusalem, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, including mansaf, Adana lamb kabobs, mixed grills, lamb chops and kunafa, for dine-in, pickup or delivery.
