Maple Street Biscuit Company – Concord

Maple Street Biscuit Company is a Southern breakfast and brunch restaurant on Christenbury Parkway in Concord, one of two Maple Street restaurants left in North Carolina. The Jacksonville, Florida, chain was owned by Cracker Barrel from 2019 until July 2026, when Biscuit Belly bought the brand and 35 restaurants, including this one.

The menu centers on scratch biscuits, with signature plates such as the Squawking Goat and the Five & Dime chicken and waffles, along with other biscuit sandwiches and breakfast plates. Biscuit Belly plans to convert the restaurant to the Biscuit Belly name, with the change expected in late fall 2026, and has said the restaurant will stay open through the transition.
