Mochi’s Deli

Mochi’s Deli is a New York style takeout sandwich shop in the Dilworth Crossing Shopping Center at 2216 Park Road, on the Dilworth side of Park Road just below South End. It opened in July 2026 and quickly built a lunchtime line, with co-owners Terrence Manfredonia, who worked in a New York City deli, and Jared Watroba behind the counter.

The menu centers on chicken cutlet sandwiches, chopped cheese and cold cuts, with a set of Asian inspired specials like the Roast Beef Pho and bulgogi as a build-your-own protein. Most sandwiches land between $10 and $12, portions are big enough to split, and the house-made ranch with a side of fries is the regulars’ order. It is takeout only, so call ahead.
