Nana Morrison’s Soul Food is a family-owned soul food restaurant on Oak Lake Boulevard in southwest Charlotte, founded in 2011 by Shawn and Kiana Morrison. The family also runs a second Charlotte location on Corning Place.
Service is a cafeteria-style line with rotating daily specials. Chicken comes baked, fried, smothered, curried or barbecued, and the line also carries fried fish, smothered pork chops, meatloaf, yams and greens.
