No Knife Chicken & Waffles

No Knife Chicken & Waffles is rapper DaBaby’s first restaurant, at 700 Atando Avenue in Charlotte’s North End, off North Graham Street and a short drive from Camp North End and NoDa. It opened on Sept. 6, 2026, in a booth and counter space the owner describes as an upscale diner, with a kitchen that runs into the evening.

The menu is built around ten waffles, from a plain version to flavors like red velvet, peach cobbler and sweet potato, and a signature cornbread waffle plated with wings, collard greens, candied yams and mac and cheese. Everything else is a la carte: wings, fried whiting, lobster tail, crab fried rice, jerk chicken and birria egg rolls, and Sunday dinner sides. Expect a wait on weekends.
