PostScript is a small neighborhood restaurant at 2121 Shamrock Drive in Plaza Shamrock, in the room that was Pike’s Soda Shop, Foskoskies and then Letty’s on Shamrock. Chef Dean Orr and co-owner Amber Donoghue, who live nearby, opened it in April 2026 and built it for the people who can walk there.

The menu is short and seasonal: salads, a pasta or two and hearty mains like lamb with couscous and steak frites, served on plates Orr threw himself. Cocktails rotate monthly, tarot readings run on the 21st of each month, and Dyad Coffee works the bar by day. It is dinner only, and reservations are the smart move on weekends.
