Snug Harbor is a bar and music venue on Gordon Street in Plaza Midwood, open since 2007, with pirate flags hanging from the rafters. The Charlotte Ledger reports a capacity of 125 to 150.
Indie, punk and emo shows fill most nights, with Latin nights and karaoke on the calendar too, and every show is 18 and up or 21 and up. Queen City Nerve critics named Snug Harbor the best venue in 2023.
